Your Role
To assist and manage clients through the purchase, selection, construction, and post occupancy process of building a new home.
Your Responsibilities

Professionally greet potential buyers/current clients to our Sales Centre as well as managing the phone.

Answering questions while gathering client information to be used as future follow up.

Develop a strong knowledge of all Park Royal Homes products and the requirements for all areas.

Ensure filing is maintained, including promotional material.

Prepare all paperworl, including Purchase Agreements and client selections.

Maintain a clean, welcoming Sales Centre and Showhome.
Your Qualifications
You have outstanding sales and people skills, are professional, motivated, and energetic. You are detail orientated, well organized, and have excellent computer skills. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven performer who excels in offering exceptional customer service and has a passion for the new home construction industry.
