Your Role
Assist our New Home Sales Consultant in managing clients through the purchase, selection, construction, and post occupancy process of building a home.
Your Responsibilities
You will be trained to perform the following:

Professionally greet potentional buyers/current clients to our Sales Centre as well as managing the phone.

Answering basic questions while gathering client information to be used as future follow up by the New Home Sales Consultant.

Develop a strong knowledge of all Park Royal Homes products and requirements for all areas.

Ensure filing is maintained, including promotional material.

Assist the New Home Sales Consultant with related paperwork including Purchase Agreements and client selections.

Maintain a clean, inviting Sales Centre and showhome.
Your Qualifications
You have outstanding people skills, are professional, detail orientated, and well organized, and have good computer skills. Reliable transportation and security clearance is required.
Location/Hours/Pay Structure
Four locations - Parkland (West), La Perle (West), Ellerslie Heights (Southeast), and Emerald Hills (Sherwood Park). See link @ http://www.parkroyalhomes.com/showhome-location-map for maps. Hours are 2 - 8 Monday - Thursday and 12 - 5 Saturday, Sunday and holidays. 16 hours per week - one weekday (flexible) and most weekends.
$12 per hour plus bonuses.
